Stainless Steel Snaps

Choose the attachment and operating style required by the assembly. Fixed eyes keep the connected line or fitting in one orientation, while swivels allow rotation where the exact product permits it. Bolt snaps use a spring-loaded plunger, trigger snaps provide lever operation and spring-gate snaps allow quick connection to compatible rings or eyes. Double-ended snaps can join two compatible attachment points.

Before ordering, confirm overall length, opening size, eye or bail dimensions, swivel action, body and spring material and published load information. Check that the mating hardware seats correctly and does not side-load the gate, trigger or plunger. Inspect every snap for bending, wear, corrosion, incomplete closure and weak or sticking springs. Do not use general-purpose snaps for climbing, fall protection, overhead lifting, towing or personnel support unless the exact product is specifically certified and rated for that application.
